What is your shipping policy?

We are located in Madison, AL.  

We try to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Typically within a week.

We not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible based on available stock. Due to inventory levels or if the item is customized, this can take anywhere from 1-2 days up to 2 weeks.

Once we send it out via your method of choice, you'll receive a confirmation email which should contain more details.

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Generally, yes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment sources including paypal, shop pay, apple pay, google pay, credit cards, and if on site, cash.

Can I combine orders?

Yep, as long as they haven't shipped! Just shoot us a message with your order numbers you'd like to combine and we will combine them for you.

Please note, this may affect your shipping rate as it will be recalculated based on a new weight of total items/

Do you offer local pickup?

Sometimes. If we have an event upcoming and you'd prefer to pick up your item at the event, rather than ship it, please let us know BEFORE YOU ORDER.

Otherwise, we only offer local pickup to friends and family. Same rules apply, ping us before you order so that we make sure you aren't charged for shipping.

Return Policy

What's your return policy?

As we are a small business, we only accept returns for damaged items.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Possibly. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, there's a good chance you can. Email us or ping us via social media and we will try.

Do you do exchanges?

Not really. Unless your item is damaged or we made a mistake, we don't offer exchanges.

Common Questions

Do you ship internationally?

Overseas orders may incur customs fees. Nooks and Nobles is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of our control.

How does the reward program work?

If you sign up for our rewards program, you can earn points with each order and many actions that can be redeemed for points off future orders!
